Service Description
This perming treatment is designed to manipulate and redirect the brow hairs, creating a full and structured brow that is easily styled and maintained for up to 4-7 weeks with correct aftercare. This service is ideal for clients wanting fuller brows, more shape and structure, or needs help managing unruly/coarse brow hairs. It’s also perfect for brows that grow downwards or for anyone wanting to minimise their make up routine. This service includes cleansing, signature brow map, custom shape design, wax, tweeze, lamination, vitamin strengthening treatment, trim if needed. You will also receive a take home Aftercare oil to nourish your brows. Please note: Lamination can only be done every 8 weeks to maintain the hair’s integrity. Lamination cannot be done with Bleach Brows. You must wait 8 weeks between these services. Please ensure your brows have not been tweezed or trimmed for 4-6 weeks for best results. If you are unsure, please send a photo via DM so we can assess your suitability. Allow 1hr 45min for your first appointment. Maintenance: The Lamination Refresh service is highly recommended every 3-4 weeks between lamination appointments to prolong lamination results and keep the hairs healthy and nourished. Please Add On 'Afterhours/Weekend' to your booking if your appointment is from/exceeds 5pm on weekdays and all day Saturday.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable and non transferrable. Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or modify a booking. Any change or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment or No Shows will be charged 100% of the service value. No Shows will not be tolerated & will incur a 100% deposit when booking future appointments. If you are feeling unwell or showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule or you will be turned away and your deposit will be forfeited due to last minute cancellation. To cancel, sign into your online account. To reschedule, please check availabilities on our website and text 0401 113 728 with the day/time you'd like to reschedule for. Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service or your booking may be amended to fit the schedule. You will still be charged for the original service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your deposit and appointment time will be forfeited and you will be charged the full service due to last minute cancellation. An additional deposit will be required to make a new booking.
