We know everyone enjoys their appointments differently, whether it's wanting quiet time to yourself or having a peaceful moment to relax and switch off. Select this option if you prefer to avoid conversation & we will keep it to essential instructions and questions only ( i.e. checking in, brow map approval, etc.) To ensure we're still aligned on your treatment goals, please feel free to contact us beforehand with any questions or preferences via email or message. Feel free to bring your earphones or leave a booking note with any music/podcast request and we will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or modify a booking. Any change or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. Last minute cancellation (within 12 hours of appointment) or No Show will be charged 100% of the service value. No Shows will not be tolerated & will incur a 100% deposit when booking future appointments.
