Had a bad lash lift job elsewhere, leaving you with overprocessed, kinked, criss-crossed lashes or inconsistent results? Thankfully, it can be undone! With utmost care to your lash health, we can partially or completely reverse the curl. Complimentary Inlei Lash Filler treatment to help strengthen and nourish your lashes. Please note: You will not be able to do another lash lift for 8 weeks to maintain integrity of your lashes. Please Add On 'Afterhours/Weekend' to your booking if your appointment is from/exceeds 5pm on weekdays and all day Saturday.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable and non transferrable. Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or modify a booking. Any change or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment or No Shows will be charged 100% of the service value. No Shows will not be tolerated & will incur a 100% deposit when booking future appointments. If you are feeling unwell or showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule or you will be turned away and your deposit will be forfeited due to last minute cancellation. To cancel, sign into your online account. To reschedule, please check availabilities on our website and text 0401 113 728 with the day/time you'd like to reschedule for. Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service or your booking may be amended to fit the schedule. You will still be charged for the original service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your deposit and appointment time will be forfeited and you will be charged the full service due to last minute cancellation. An additional deposit will be required to make a new booking.
