Service Description

Loving your light hair but your dark brows are stealing the spotlight? Feel like your brows are too harsh on your face? This service lifts your brows 1-3 shades lighter, resulting in a softer overall look that balances your facial features and brings out your eyes. It also softens the texture of unruly and coarse hairs, making it easier to style and set your brows. Tint lasts longer and grey hairs don't stand out as much. This service includes cleansing, detailed brow map, tailored shape design, custom blended dye/tint, wax, trim, tweeze, bleach application, vitamin strengthening treatment, toner/colour correction if needed. You will also receive a take home Aftercare oil to nourish your brows. Please note: Bleaching can only be done every 8 weeks to maintain the hair’s integrity. Bleach Brows cannot be done with Lamination. You must wait 8 weeks between these services. Allow 2 - 2.5 hours for your first appointment. Please Add On 'Afterhours/Weekend' to your booking if your appointment is from/exceeds 5pm on weekdays and all day Saturday.


Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable and non transferrable. Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or modify a booking. Any change or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment or No Shows will be charged 100% of the service value. No Shows will not be tolerated & will incur a 100% deposit when booking future appointments. If you are feeling unwell or showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule or you will be turned away and your deposit will be forfeited due to last minute cancellation. To cancel, sign into your online account. To reschedule, please check availabilities on our website and text 0401 113 728 with the day/time you'd like to reschedule for. Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service or your booking may be amended to fit the schedule. You will still be charged for the original service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your deposit and appointment time will be forfeited and you will be charged the full service due to last minute cancellation. An additional deposit will be required to make a new booking.
